Ingredients:

  • One teaspoon of matcha powder
  • One tablespoon of honey

Instructions:

  • Mix the honey and matcha into a smooth paste.
  • Use lukewarm water to help it mix if needed
  • Apply to skin with a brush

  • Rinse with warm water

  • Let it sit on the face for up to 15 minutes
  • Rinse with warm water

  • 118 ml of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Ground-up the oats in a blender or grinder until it’s a fine powder (oat flour)
  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Add water as needed until a paste forms
  • Apply to face and neck
  • Allow it to sit for up to 15 minutes maximum
  • Rinse with warm water
