Managing expectations

It’s important to manage client expectations from the outset in any and all treatments. Be sure that you clearly explain the procedure in depth, including what you’ll be doing, and how long it will take in a pre-treatment consultation with your client.  Remember to mention they’ll require a course of treatments. Only press on with the treatment if you’re comfortable that the client fully understands the procedure and likely outcomes. Sometimes saying no is what is best for you and your client.
