Term & Conditions for Treatments with Nita McEvoy
These terms and conditions apply to ALL my services, and by making a booking or purchase you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use my services.
Before you place an order for products or services, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact me.
By using my services, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of myself, Nita McEvoy.
I reserve the right to request a 50% deposit to secure your booking which may be paid over the telephone using your debit or credit card.
The full price of the Microblading procedure applies to all new clients, regardless of if you have had the treatment carried out at another salon in the past.
The touch-up rate applies only to clients who have had the full procedure with myself, Nita McEvoy, and within the past 18 months. If there has been significant fading for any reason and a complete treatment is required, the full price will apply.
A non-refundable, non-transferable minimum deposit of £75 will be required upon booking your Full Microblading Treatment. The remaining balance is to be paid on your first treatment.
A non-refundable, non-transferable minimum deposit of £50 will be required upon booking your retouch procedure. The balance to be paid on the day of the treatment.
Your Intitial Microblading Consultation and Patch Test Appointment is FREE and No Obligation.
Please Note: All prices are subject to change without notification. If you have paid a deposit for your treatment, the price will be honoured for 1 month from when your deposit was paid.
All treatment times include consultation, preparation and treatment time. To ensure you gain the most out of your appointment, I advise that you arrive prompt to your allocated time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time as a courtesy to other clients whose treatment follows yours. Unfortunately, reduced time due to late arrival will still be charged at the full price.
I advise that you DO NOT have any heat treatments immediately prior to or after waxing treatments. This includes the use of sauna, steam room, sunbed or sunbathing. Swimming and exercising are also not recommended.
DO NOT expose yourself to any sun or sunbed treatments 30-45 days prior to or following any Laser treatments.
Please ensure that you have read through the pre & post treatment if you are having Microblading & Microneedling treatments. You will be required to adhere to it strictly.
Health & Contact Details
Whilst I will carry out an in-depth consultation to ensure you gain the most from your appointment, please ensure you inform me of any changes in your health, medication or contact details since I last saw you, at the start of your appointment. All personal details are kept securely on your confidential file.
Purchase of Retail Products
Beauty Products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.
Your right to cancel
At least 24 hours’ notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise, the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
Cancellation or change of treatment times within hours of your booking will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for your appointment, or cancel on the day of your booking, the treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
Late arrival may constitute to a reduced treatment time but will be charged at full treatment price, even should you be on a pre-paid course.
As I am unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, clients are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
How to cancel or change your appointment: Cancellations should be made by calling me on 020 8440 8893. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours, you may cancel by email on email@example.com, but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours. If you have an email address registered with me, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
I accept Sunday bookings by special appointment only. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure Sunday appointments.
Your right to cancel
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for all Sunday bookings- otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
Cancellation or change of treatment times within 72 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
Pre-Paid Courses or Treatments
All Pre-Paid Courses booked are non-refundable, non-transferable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be redeemable after the expiry date.
Special Offers will have shorter expiry dates.
Government Restrictions – In light of the current climate, please note that in the event of a national lockdown or any restrictions on the Beauty Industry, no compensatory treatments or refunds will be issued on pre-paid courses. Your treatments will be postponed according to government guidelines, and your course validity will be extended in line with any restriction or lockdown time, should it occur.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and are valid for 1 year from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services at our salon only. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.
Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers, which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice. Please check required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatment(s).
Government Restrictions – In light of the current climate, please note that in the event of a national lockdown or any restrictions on the Beauty Industry, no refunds or compensatory credit will be issued on Gift Vouchers. Your voucher validity will be extended in line with any restriction or lockdown time, should it occur.
My right to cancel
If I am not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond my control, I reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative time. In unusual circumstances I may need to cancel your booking. In the event that I cannot fulfil your appointment, I will contact you by telephone – where possible.
I reserve the right to:
- Change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of my services (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using my services.
I do not offer refunds for any pre-paid courses and completed services. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact me. I will try my utmost to resolve any problems.
You agree to keep your personal & medical record held by the salon updated with your full contact details – which will enable me to determine if a treatment should not go ahead and contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers as well as an email address.

If you ever want to take a break you can click unsubscribe on any future emails to opt-out.
Your consultation form details will only be kept securely on file at the salon for insurance purposes if you are actively receiving treatments at the salon or have done so within the past six years, and unless you have subscribed to our discount and promotions emails, I will only contact you about the treatments and services that you have requested from me. After this time, your data will be archived and deleted, and when you visit me again I will ask you to fill out a new consultation form. This way I am not holding your data for any longer than is required, and it also keeps all data up-to-date.
Children & Junior Bookings
Strict No Children Policy: I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to my clients. However, in order to comply with Health & Safety Regulations and the requirements of my Insurance Policy, I have to request that no children attend your appointment with you.
I do not treat children under the age of 12 regardless of parents’ consent.
Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted within my salon area/treatment room without a parent or guardian.
EXCEPT under the following circumstances: –
Accompanying an adult to book an appointment or purchase a gift voucher.
Receiving a treatment (the young person must always be accompanied by an adult)
I am happy to take bookings for teenagers. However, the young person must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst the treatment is carried out.
Please ensure arrive for your appointment with as little personal belongings as possible, such as handbags, scarfes and jewellery. It is your resposibility that you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as I will not be held responsible for lost items.
