Refund & Cancellation Policy - Nita McEvoy | Beauty & Regenerative Aesthetics

At Nita McEvoy Beauty & Regenerative Aesthetics, we value your appointment and appreciate that your booking time is reserved exclusively for you.

Booking Fee

All appointments require a minimum 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment.

The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, your booking fee may be transferred to one alternative appointment.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you fail to attend your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.

Full appointment fees remain payable.

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, treatment fees are non-refundable once a treatment has been carried out.

Individual results vary, and no guarantee can be given regarding treatment outcomes.

Unused products may only be returned if they are faulty or supplied in error.

Opened cosmetic or skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Training course fees are non-refundable.

If we need to reschedule a course, an alternative date will be offered.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

They must be redeemed before their expiry date, where applicable.

Refund requests outside this policy will be considered at our sole discretion and in accordance with UK consumer law.

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights.
