These Terms of Service govern the use of the services provided by The Aestheticpreneur Limited, trading as Nita McEvoy Beauty & Regenerative Aesthetics (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, training course or product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Appointments

Appointments should be booked through our online booking system.

Some services, including treatment courses and laser treatments, require a consultation or patch test before booking. If online booking is unavailable for these services, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

3. Consultations

Certain treatments require a consultation before treatment.

We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or in your best interests.

4. Medical Information

Clients must provide complete and accurate medical information before treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical history may result in treatment being declined or discontinued.

5. Patch Testing

Laser treatments and certain procedures require a patch test before treatment where clinically indicated.

Failure to attend a required patch test may delay or prevent treatment.

6. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

All appointments require a minimum 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This booking fee will be forfeited if you do not follow the cancellation policy or fail to attend your appointment.

7. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time.

Late arrival may reduce your treatment time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. Full appointment fees remain payable.

8. Booking Fees

A minimum 50% non-refundable booking fee is required when booking all appointments.

This booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from the cost of your treatment. Where sufficient notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment at our discretion.

9. Payments

We accept:

• Cash
• Bank Transfer (BACS)
• Debit and Credit Cards via Stripe/TimelyPay

Payment of any remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.

10. Children

Children are not permitted within the clinic.

This policy is in place to help mitigate risk and reduce the potential for accidents or injury within a clinical environment, which is not a suitable setting for children.

11. Treatment Results

Every client responds differently to treatment.

While we aim to achieve the best possible outcomes, no guarantees can be given regarding individual results.

Multiple treatments may be required to achieve your desired outcome.

12. Aftercare

Clients agree to follow all aftercare advice provided.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment outcomes, and we cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from non-compliance.

13. Training Courses

Where training courses are provided:

• Course places are reserved upon payment.
• Course fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to amend course dates where necessary.
• Alternative dates will be offered where appropriate.

14. Products

Where products are purchased through our website:

• Prices are displayed in GBP.
• Products remain our property until paid for in full.
• Returns are handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Opened cosmetic products are generally not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

All website content, including text, photographs, branding, logos, educational materials and intellectual property remains the property of The Aestheticpreneur Limited unless otherwise stated.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant treatment, service or product.

17. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
