I work school term time only with the exception of the Christmas holidays when my clinic will have availability.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you have made your bookings in advance around these closed periods.
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time as a courtesy to other clients whose treatment follows yours. Unfortunately reduced time due to late arrival will still be charged at the full price.
Strict No Children Policy:
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause my clients. However, in order to comply with Health & Safety Regulations and the requirements of my Insurance Policy, I have to request that no children attend your appointment with you.
Cancellation Policy:
If notice of a minimum of 24 hours is not given, a fee for the full treatment will be charged and full advanced payment may be required to secure any future appointments. Please read my Terms & Conditions for more details.

Please Note: All prices are subject to change without notification. If you have paid a deposit for your treatment, the price will be honoured for 1 month from when your deposit was paid.
Government Restrictions:
In light of the current climate, please be aware, that in the event of a national lockdown or any restrictions on the beauty industry, no compensatory treatments or refunds will be given on pre-paid courses, pre-paid treatments, or gift vouchers. Your treatments will be postponed according to government guidelines, and your gift voucher and course validity will be extended in line with any restriction or lockdown time, should it occur.
Parking:
Parking is easily available for free on the residential street of Bury Street west, or round the corner on Wellington Road.
For your safety, please refrain from parking in close proximity to the islands.
Please kindly refrain from parking on the drive, as it is in constant use by the family.
Treatment Results:
Please be aware that I make NO GUARANTEES about the success or longevity of any treatment. This is because each person’s skin and lifestyle are unique. Therefore, there is always a possibility that a small minority of clients may have less than satisfactory results. Unfortunately, while I will do my best to minimise this, if unsatisfactory results do occur, no refunds can be given.
ZERO TOLERANCE:
I HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARDS ABUSIVE/THREATENING BEHAVIOUR OR HARASSMENT TOWARDS ME OR ANYONE REPRESENTING MY BUSINESS.
BEHAVIOUR IN THIS MANNER WILL RESULT IN YOUR TREATMENT BEING TERMINATED, ALL YOUR COURSES BEING VOIDED WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN AND AN IMMEDIATE BAN FROM MY CLINIC.
ABUSIVE INDIVIDUALS MAY BE REPORTED.
